December 2018 President’s Message

Hello Wisconsin Club, Lake Sumter!!!!!

It’s the Holidays!  I hope you all had a nice, safe and memorable Thanksgiving.  We went to Dallas to be with our kids and Grand-Dudes. Everybody’s team won except… (you know who).  We had Bears fans, Dallas Fans… VA Tech Hokies were in the house too!  It was a fun festive pow-wow of sports fans, only to fly home on Sunday to get the news of the Packer loss.  But then, this weekend we all had happy faces back on, including Aaron Rodgers!!  Cody’s was PACKED (pun appropriate here).

Our Holiday Party is less than a week away!! (Monday, Dec. 17th at Seabreeze Rec. Center).  For anyone attending that event, if you have a nut allergy, please note that the

Holiday salad consists of mixed field greens, cranberries, and nuts.

So how many of you have your house decorated for the Season?  I love Christmas Vacation (the movie), “250 strands of lights, 100 individual bulbs per strand, for a grand total of 25,000 imported Italian twinkle lights!”   Yup.  I create the Griswald’s house every year.  I’m not there yet, but I still have time!

We have a lot to cover this month so I’ll get right to it.

In addition to this newsletter which is sent out every month, you can find out about all the upcoming events… 24/7… on our website
